Policy

As a responsible corporate citizen and leader in its communities and industry, each Tupperware Brands Corporation area shall conduct itself in a manner which:

  • Demonstrates concern for the well-being of the human and natural environment
  • Protects the safety and health of its Associates
  • Conserves energy and resources
  • Reduces waste
  • Benefits the present and future well-being of the Company and the communities in which Tupperware Corporation maintains a business interest.

Through its behavior, Tupperware Corporation and its Associates will achieve the principles in the Code of Conduct adopted by the Board of Directors. The Code states that Tupperware will comply with all applicable environmental, safety, and health laws and regulations. In the absence of such laws and regulations, Tupperware will apply reasonable standards of conduct based on leading international business practices to maintain and improve safe, healthful working conditions for all its Associates, and conserve energy and resources.

Management at each level is responsible for ensuring environmental, safety, and health program performance and compliance in the workplace and in its products. Each area shall actively participate in the Company’s environmental, safety, and health programs in order to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and all applicable environmental, safety, and health laws and regulations.

All complaints of noncompliance with environmental, safety, and health laws or regulations shall be communicated promptly to the Director, Environmental and Safety Engineering or to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tupperware Corporation.
