CONDITIONS OF SUBMISSION

I wish to submit a suggestion to TUPPERWARE BRANDS CORPORATION (hereinafter TUPPERWARE). In consideration of review of the suggestion by TUPPERWARE, I agree to all of the Conditions of Submission set forth below. The suggestion, idea or invention (hereinafter IDEA) covered by this form is my own and I have the right to submit it to TUPPERWARE under the Conditions of Submission set forth below.

  1. I have read and understood the TERMS OF USE contained in the LEGAL INFORMATION section of the Tupperware Brands Corporation website.

  2. I agree that with respect to the IDEA, my rights shall be limited to those rights which I have obtained or may obtain under the Patent Laws of the United States or any foreign country.

  3. I have informed or will inform TUPPERWARE of any issued patents or pending patent applications relating to the IDEA in any country of the world.

  4. Any previously, concurrently, or subsequently submitted suggestion, information, material, or models relating to this submission shall be considered to have been submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Submission.

  5. The receipt of your suggestion for consideration by TUPPERWARE shall not constitute a waiver by TUPPERWARE of its rights to contest the validity of any patent that may have been or may hereafter be obtained on the subject matter of the suggestion.

  6. TUPPERWARE shall be under no obligation to reveal any information regarding its activities in the general or specific field to which the suggestion pertains, or to give reasons for its decision or to communicate its decision to you.

  7. Entering into negotiations for the purchase of any suggestion or the making of an offer for its purchase shall not be deemed an admission by TUPPERWARE as to the novelty of the suggestion, or of priority or originality of the IDEA. In the event the suggestion is not patented the amount of compensation, if any, shall be within the sole discretion of TUPPERWARE.

  8. As used herein, TUPPERWARE shall include its subsidiary, affiliated, related and controlled companies.
